LEVERAGE · Oregon consumer guides
Turn a pile of paperwork into a clear value question.
Use this worksheet to organize what your totaled car was, what the report says and the evidence that supports a correction. It does not calculate or promise a settlement.
200-plus five-star reviews · We work for you, not the insurance companies.

Give each concern its own evidence trail.
You do not need to send me fifty screenshots with no explanation. Start with the full valuation PDF and a short list of the entries you question. Keep your original files, then label the supporting copies by issue.
For your own private file, record enough information to identify each listing accurately. Do not post your VIN, claim number, address or private records in a public comment or review. Use the free-review form for the documents you want us to examine. This printable worksheet does not collect or send anything.
Build the file in three passes.
Vehicle facts
Use build information and clear photographs to establish the correct configuration.
Report facts
Record the page, exact entry and adjustment you are questioning.
Market facts
Save the listing, date and verification details, then explain the differences.
Your valuation evidence worksheet
An example of a useful entry.
What should I upload for the free review?
Send the full valuation, written offer and a concise explanation. For an own-policy appraisal question, include the relevant appraisal provision if available. Add equipment records and the most useful photos; keep originals in your private file.
Can I use this to value my car myself?
It helps organize evidence. It is not an automated appraisal, a substitute for market analysis or a demand for a predetermined number. If the report and evidence remain far apart, ask us to review the assignment before you pay for an appraisal.
Before you hire us.
Is the Red Flag Review free?
Yes. Send the complete valuation and your concern. The review helps us decide whether an appraisal is appropriate. A free review is not a signed appraisal or a promise of an increase.
Who do you work for?
We work for you, not the insurance companies. LEVERAGE has 200-plus five-star reviews. My valuation still has to follow the evidence; independence does not mean picking a number just because it is higher.
How much does LEVERAGE charge?
Your Red Flag Review is free. Appraisals start as low as $399. We quote the assignment and flat fee before you hire us; we do not charge a percentage of your increase.
Can I recover my appraisal cost in Oregon?
For an eligible own-policy appraisal, Oregon requires reimbursement of reasonable appraisal costs when the final appraisal decision exceeds the insurer’s last offer made before the appraisal costs were incurred. Keep the final valuation, last offer and paid invoice. Ask us about documenting the reimbursement request.
